Hate the rising cost of energy bills? Trouble Free can help by finding out just how energy efficient your house is. Having a high efficiency air conditioner and furnace is only a start. Your air conditioner and furnace is about 50% of your energy bill, but what about the other 50%?

Thermal Imaging

Air leaks can come from many places. Windows, doors, electrical outlets, attics, basements, crawlspaces and chimney’s are all possible sources for air leaks leaving you with a high energy bill Trouble Free can inspect all areas of your house using an infrared camera to photograph and graphically display:

• Air Leaks
• Insulation levels in wall, floor and ceilings
• Overloaded circuits
• Overheating electrical wiring
• Find duct work and flues
• Measure heat gain in the summer
• Measure heat loss in the winter

All the little air leaks add up and waste energy and money. Trouble Free can measure your home’s air leaks and determine the size of the over-all leak. By doing a Blower Door Test, we can calculate the Building Airflow Standard for the size of your home and occupancy rate, and compare that to what the actual blower door results. We can see just how much energy you are wasting due to air leaks and help you correct the problem.
