I had my air ducts cleaned as well as a filter upgrade and new water softener installed. Everyone I had contact with was helpful, courteous, responsive, and flexible when I needed to reschedule. They did great work, too. On cleaning/install day, I made the mistake of letting my cat out of her secure room when the crew broke for lunch. She found her way into an open floor vent that I missed (thankfully, I saw her tail disappear into the vent so I knew it had happened). When they got back from lunch, the guys went above and beyond trying to help me locate and get her back out with their camera scope and from below in the crawl space with no luck. I halted the cleaning in hopes she'd emerge when they left and it was quiet. It took a couple of hours, but she did find her way back out and served as an unplanned quality inspector of the work done because she wasn't very dirty! :) Thank you to all for going above and beyond while I panicked. I appreciate the office's concern and follow up to check on the feline explorer's status and everyone's help to ensure I remain a satisfied customer. I am.
