Outstanding Work and Attention to Detail

Jeff did an outstanding job with our A/C unit. He corrected the wiring and moved the unit to ensure proper clearance. To move the unit, he had to drill a new hole for wiring and tubing; when he was done, he filled the old hole and touched up outside to match the color of our brick. That is attention to detail. Just bought this house six months ago and I had a nasty blockage that was refusing to clear out, and while I am a bit of a DIYer I could not bust it. Chris and Kurt came out, took a couple of minutes to assess the the layout and the situation. They brought out a machine that I will call "Diplomacy ends here" and after roughly 20 min they cleared the blockage and my plumbing drains as it should now. (BTW, stay away from flushable wipes, they will only do you wrong) They where very professional and down to business while still being friendly. Will recommend them to others.

They are doing further work today, replacing my water softener. Derek kept me informed every step of the way, and was up-front about all costs. I am very pleased!

Above and Beyond—No Matter the Distance

Jeffrey arrived yesterday to one of the most remote locations they probably have to drive out to (our place) and did an excellent job. We had water in the furnace due to what he suspected was some freezing in the basement (it wouldn't fire up) and spent 5 hours at the location until the job was done right. And all of this off of what was supposed to be a regular maintenance check. Strange and unusual circumstance for the company, but showed great dedication to the customer. I would recommend them heartily based on the service we've been getting over the years. Great job!
