Just bought this house six months ago and I had a nasty blockage that was refusing to clear out, and while I am a bit of a DIYer I could not bust it. Chris and Kurt came out, took a couple of minutes to assess the the layout and the situation. They brought out a machine that I will call "Diplomacy ends here" and after roughly 20 min they cleared the blockage and my plumbing drains as it should now. (BTW, stay away from flushable wipes, they will only do you wrong) They where very professional and down to business while still being friendly. Will recommend them to others.
