If you are thinking about using SuccessWare21 and you are also thinking about setting it up yourself, we would highly recommend you consider having Dave Osborn do the initial set-up for you.

My wife and I decided we were going to use SuccessWare21 so she and our accountant went to the training in Jacksonville. They went in September 2000 and we were going to set up the program so it would be up and running by the January 1, 2001. When they returned from training they attempted to set up the program. They were unsuccessful. We continued to struggle with the set up of our company, January 1 came and went, February, March, April, and finally May.

We were about to just scrap the whole idea of using Successware21. My wife was fed up with it, and I was too. In May we went to the Orlando summit and during the vendor night we met Dave Osborn with Mid State Air. He was there representing Micron. We talked to him about our experience with SuccessWare21. He made mention that he could come out to our business and set it up for us.

The cost was not an issue for us. We wanted to use SuccessWare21 and we didn’t care what it took. He came out a few months later and spent a good four and a half days setting up SuccessWare21. When he was done we were up and running 100%. Of course now came the learning for us and it has been a learning experience. However we are very happy we had Dave do this set-up for us, otherwise we may have just given up on it and still been using our old accounting program.

So if you are thinking of using SuccessWare21 or are already, but not to it’s full potential, we recommend giving Dave a call and having him set it up.
