I had to drop a note to you. The new Micron PC Server is working great! Your recommendation to improve the speed of our network has made our lives a little less stressful. As you know our workstations had slowed to the point that our clerks were totally frustrated. The server and other system work you provided during the two-day visit really did the trick! Also, The Successware training you provided for our dispatching team helped them tremendously. They became much more efficient. We have also been able to produce management reports we never used to have. Thank you so much for your help.
